 Lyle Lovett is one of the most revered musicians of his time.  The four-time Grammy award winner shakes things up with an eclectic array of music styles incorporating country, folk, pop and big-band swing. Lovett is one of the most distinctive and original artists to break into music, originally being billed a country artist, but shifting into his own unique genre with a large cult following. His hits include "South Texas Girl," "In My Own Mind" and "Give Back My Heart."

Lovett has the gift to combine Texas storytelling with a wiseacre attitude to generate songs as brilliant and double-sided as "If I Had A Boat," "God Will," "Family Reserve" and "Her First Mistake." That would be plenty for any composer to base a career on, but Lovett is also capable of both flat-out humor like "That's Right (You're Not From Texas"), and poignant heartbreakers, such as "Nobody Knows Me" and "The Road To Ensenada."
